The connection has timed out

Looks like you're blocked by the firewall. You shouldn't use wrong passwords. :)

Have a look at /etc/csf/csf.deny if your ip is in there
Next to that check this file for your ip:
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist (if present)

Might be wise to whitelist your ip in CSF and DA. Seems some security setting is set a bit too strong.
