I have been reading very old DNS related posts here as some of the older posts break things down a bit clearer than more recent discussions.

I happened to come across reference to "DNS Report" and figured I'd check it out..

Still down as of today. You can do a 'whois' search and try to contact the site owner; maybe they need funding.

If the owners are giving it up maybe they'll be willing to transfer it to a group of volunteers.
