The loopback request to your site failed

Hello guys,

I have a problem with loopback request. do you know how can I enable that?
my error was:

The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30000 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received

check your firewall for outgoing connections to port 80 or 443 , these ports must not blocked
