The sender got the returned error when sending email to my domain email. Why?

Can you tell me what is this error and how to solve it?

a sender sent an email to me and he got the returned error with following info

I changed my real domain to mydomain.com (in quote above)

Please let me know is this error from Directadmin or I missed out somethings on the configs?

Hello,

That's bounced email from Gmail. IPv6 of directadmin server (I guess email was sent via directadmin server) does not have reverse DNS (i.e. PTR record). That is what the message says, read the SMTP error report.

Usually PTR record can be change by a request to a hosting company from which you rent a server, or through their control panel.
