UID and GID has changed suddenly

hi guys
I changed
in these paths UID and GID has changed suddenly

cd /usr/local/directadmin/scripts

and

 /

My sites did not run after that
how can I restore them to back?

This does not happen suddenly. did you do this by mistake?

If the / (root) of the server changed uid and GID (with reversed command so directory's and files therein are changed too) either by you or a hacker, you have to reinstall your complete system.

There is no need to reinstall either CentOS or DA if you want to fix permissions and ownership. It can be all fixed without loosing data. Make a list of files with their permissions on a working server and copy them to your server under the question. And use directadmin script to fix permissions under /home/ and related.

Sure, if you don't know how to complete this and don't want to hire anybody to fix it for you, then you have no other option as to reinstall OS.

That will take several hours of work and you can't make a single mistake otherwise you still can get strange OS issues. But that is indeed a possibility too if you have another system you can check.
Or hire somebody, did not think of that one.
