Unable to Generate Cert for Letsencrypt (No domains Pointing to this server)

Hello,

I have seen many posts about this and have read through them but can't seem to find and resolve the problem I am having.

The VPS only has IPv4 and does not have IPv6

[root@vs3 directadmin]# /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/letsencrypt.sh request_single vs3.cdnetworks.uk 4096
Setting up certificate for a hostname: vs3.cdnetworks.uk
vs3.cdnetworks.uk was skipped due to unreachable http://vs3.cdnetworks.uk/.well-known/acme-challenge/ file.
No domains pointing to this server to generate the certificate for.

I have checked https://www.digicert.com/help/ but this comes back nothing. I am able to use vs3.cdnetworks.uk to access DirectAdmin so it is pointing to the correct server.

Manage to sort, Just by reinstalling the OS
