Upgrade FreeBSD 4.11 to 5

Is there a 'easy' way to go from 4.11 to the 5 version?

I did the update from the 4.8 to 4.10 & 4.11 with the help of the howto's. But I can't find any info in how to update from 4 to 5...

the reason is the changes between 4.x and 5.x are considered too great to do a upgrade and instead do a format and install 5.x from scratch. The filesystem is changed amongst other things.

Is this the same for changing from 5.* to 6 ? If so I better wait some time till 6 isn't marked as beta...

No 5 to 6 is a smaller upgrade and should be possible to do with the normal method.
