I was looking at the User Panel. I saw that in the advanced tools section theres a Domain Admin place. I went into it and saw that they can create more domains, If they do this does it make a new account or the space they put on it comes out of there account, or is there a way to disable that feature to members?

Hello,
It will add more domains to their User Panel, no new account is created. If you only allow them 1 domain, then an error will appears when they try to create another one.
