When custombuild updates exim removes spamd_load line from config

When exim is updated from custombuild 2.0 the following line is removed from configuration, this happens also using ./build eximconf:

.include_if_exists /etc/exim.spamd.load.conf

Launching ./build spamassassin puts the line back in config file but you must remember to do this every time you upgrade exim or config
