I have a wordpress website on my server which takes really a lot of time to load and curl also takes a lot of time to send the output. My server has only 768 mb ram and 0.5 core processor which costs me only $3.1 per month from host1plus and money is the issue so I want to know what all hardware should I upgrade and by how much for a budget of $7 for upgradation.
