I'm not sure, but are you using Centos 7?
If yes... Doesn't that use another location then /etc/init.d for services?

Change the license to a correct one. Update DA manually. If it's a clear server, re-run DA installation. If it already has data on it, I'd suggest running "./build all" from CustomBuild.
