cPanel Import error while converting

I'm encountering a cPanel import error when trying to convert to DirectAdmin.
got this error

convert stage, cpanel_to_da.sh failed: exit status 2

If the cPanel import process stops, what should I do to complete the import?

I used to do it manually by backing up and transferring the files, but it also failed.

I had the same problem, I got around it by clicking on "ignore convert errors" when doing the import.
