Node.js - App Locked

My cPanel Node.js application "fm-validator" is stuck and returns "Can't acquire lock for app: fm-validator" on Restart, Stop, and Destroy actions in the Node.js Selector interface.
How to clear the stuck lock / kill any orphaned Node process associated with this app so I can restart it cleanly? App path: /home/wonderla/fm-validator

Sorry, what do you mean? I am paying for the web services hosting my website with DirectAdmin.
What forums are you talking about? I actually struggled to find any help here, as it is not obvious how to chase the support to get someone to help.
The issue I have is not something I can fix myself. Can I ask you pls to help me resolve this or at least point to the right person for this?

The cPanel is a brand name of another commercial control panel. I don't know why you mentioned it here if you use DirectAdmin.

If you have a paid directadmin license you might open a ticket with DirectAdmin support here https://tickets.directadmin.com/ and let the official support team to investigate it for you.

As for killing a process you can always use kill command in a shell (over SSH for example). Or a process monitor at admin level in directadmin.

The client ID is your login to a license dashboard on directadmin site. The same password is used for the both logins.

After I entered my credentials to login, I see this screen (attached). Client ID must be a number.
I cannot go any further. Pls help

It’s not fully clear to me, but are you a licenseholder or do you rent hostingspace from a hosting company, and they use Directadmin on their servers?

So, do you pay every month to Directadmin or to Randomhostingcompany?

Okay, that means you are not an Admin this forum is ment for people who are Admin of a own Directadmin license. In your case if you have issues with Directadmin, you have to contact hosting-cloud.net
As you rent your services from them.
