its hosting or your VPS? if hosting - nobody can't help you, DA has nothing to each separate servers, they just sell licenses which can be used on it. if this is your separate VPS on which DA-panel now down - you can connect via SSH to server and take your data or fix panel.

Directadmin it's hosing panel (program) they don't provide hosting service itself. Ask your hosting provider why you website down. If you have own webserver with Directadmin on it - ask your admin to check why it down.

with same key you can reinstall DA on any server, it not fixed with IP anymore.

Can you add updating hostname for roundcube in config.inc.php, I updated hostname, but even after rewrite_conf rebuilding exim and roundcube - there was still old hostname like: H=(server-11-22-33-44.da.direct) [127.0.0.1] in exim logs and gmail declines to receive mails

Also about PHP - their support tell me: CL9 will support php 5.6 and higrer, so there is no PHP 5.5 and lower - so for my oooooold clients I installed CL8 and they will stay with it till the end:cool:

Better to check it in logs while it fresh, maybe OMMkiller, maybe "ulimits", maybe open file limits for service. There can be a lot of reasons.

@exemaco in my recent case - there wasn't problem in enhanced skin, was only in evolution skin, solved by updating DA to 1.663

be carefull with such large log, in case of crash - you can crash a lot of DBs, also it slows mysql restart. instances - ignored in modern mariadb, as I remember
