    [PLUGIN] CustomBuild 2.0

The problem right now is that no is coloured green if that option is disabled. Some options are also coloured red when not selected. Red should be used to indicate a problem or a disabled option and there is a lot more contrast when using a colour to indicated what has been selected and a...

    [PLUGIN] CustomBuild 2.0

Hmmm...Not really, based on all the literature you can find on the subject and the themes example I gave above, but Martynas could make the colours configurable ;). Here is an example of the UI using a neutral grey background green for the enabled items one example of using a darker grey for...

    [PLUGIN] CustomBuild 2.0

Ah, I see why people found it confusing. There should only be one colour to let the user known the option has been turned on. Here is a page full of examples: http://www.sencha.com/products/touch/features/ Look for the Toggle in the themes section And for the options where you select just one...

    [PLUGIN] CustomBuild 2.0

I did not see the single colour version. I just found it too confusing visually to figure out what was configured. Maybe there should be a switch which adds the appropriate colour to the option based on its value. If the option is turned on, then the "pill" is set on "on" and it's coloured green...

    [PLUGIN] CustomBuild 2.0

Awesome job on the plugin! Lots' of useful tools! Many thanks! Here are my comments: Tooltips should work with rollovers I'd like to be able to customise what's available on the "Build software" page as not everything is relevant to a properly configured FreeBSD server per example. The "Update...

Horde Webmail 5.1 = awesome mobile support

I agree, Horde would be a much better option that Squirellmail. Roundcube can be used for people with simple needs and Horde would be the power option. I would wait until Horde 5.2.1 is released though. There are many synchronisation issues with 5.2.0

[FR] switch to wildlsearch for some blacklists

Blocking domains does not work against spambots networks, but it does work against known companies with a bad reputation. These companies often use subdomains to send their messages, so it's useful to be able to use something like: *.badcompany.tld SB uses lsearch to retrieve domains from text...

Horde Webmail 5.1 = awesome mobile support

That's right, Horde, Roundcube, Thunderbird all allow users to do the same thing: manage their filters via Sieve rules without having to use the DA cp.

Horde Webmail 5.1 = awesome mobile support

The app within Horde which allows people to configure filters is called Ingo "Ingo, the "Email Filter Rules Manager", started as a frontend for the Sieve filter language, and is now a generic and complete filter rule frontend that currently is able to create Sieve, procmail, maildrop, and IMAP...

Horde Webmail 5.1 = awesome mobile support

Creating accounts in DA is not really a problem as it's the person who manages the account who has to create the email accounts anyway. It makes no difference to create them in DA vs the webmail. The important thing is that mail users want to be able to manage their forwarders, filters, vacation...

Horde Webmail 5.1 = awesome mobile support

It's got nothing to do with DA, so you can install it just fine as a standalone solution. Now that Custombuild supports things like Pigeonhole, it even got easier for most admins to remove the whole useless email section in DA and let users manage everything from the Webmail. Horde is very...

    More SSL cert parameters

What about SHA2 for the CSR? openssl req -sha256 -nodes -newkey rsa:4096 -nodes -keyout domain.key -out domain.csr -subj "<collected data>"

    More SSL cert parameters

Things have changed, some people feel safer with a 4096 key size SHA2 should also be added as an option for the CSR.

    3rd Nameserver in the panel

5 seems the standard in a lot of places (1 per continent), so DA should go with that if possible.

[FR] CB build number or build date?

    Very useful, thank you :)

    New default theme

DA should validate the concept first. There might be some hurdles they're aware of and missing API endpoints that we would need to build the interface.

    New default theme

DA needs a new skeleton theme which works purely by making ajax calls to its API. Once this happens, we'll have lots of pretty themes which work on all kind of devices. Until then, theme modders are just painting lipstick on a pig.

    HHVM support in Custombuild 2.0

That's the almost which is a problem ;). Almost runs most major frameworks and CMS as long as you only use the top extensions Almost has the most commonly used PECL extensions etc. No hosting company can offer only that instead of PHP to the general public, so it's something which consumes more...

    HHVM support in Custombuild 2.0

Since DA now offers a way for the customer to select a PHP version to use, I guess the customer can switch to HHVM to see if things still work and that won't create a support headache as it's easy to print a large disclaimer saying that they're on their own if using this particular setup. Having...

Exim sending messages with ip assigned to other users

A couple of suggestions Naming: It might be worth using something generic for files. We use domainips and reverse_domainips, but anything which describes the content rather than the use might be more useful in the long run IPV6: Make the scripts IPv6 compatible or you'll end up with broken IP...
