I generated CSR but received no KEY, the page said "everything will be fine". Then I pasted the CRT in the field, hoped it would populate the KEY field automatically, but it didn't. It said the key was missing.
I found the key file in user's ".ssl_keys" folder.
Not exactly a user friendly...
But if you have VPS/Dedicated, etc. customers for which you've recommended DA for all these years, offer free support for them on forums, countless hours, then it matters...
And you don't cost DA nothing, either. Except for some bandwidth and CPU time on their update servers.
Hard to say why this action, maybe new management, executive decision, "cleaning up their act" to be more attractive for a potential buyout, lots of options...
Agree, how did the $299 lifetime license holders abuse the license system to deserve the "punishment"?
There's a lot of talk about this and I get it and support DA regarding that, but this point hasn't been addressed yet.
We did this with cPanel, it bought us enough time to move to something else. cPanel is a big brand and asked about from customers, DA still isn't well known and likely won't be, customers have rarely even heard about it, so we just say "control panel". With DA we don't have a path yet, but it...
Thanks Richard, found it. Do you know for how long this option will be available? I have no hurry to start using it before it's needed.
$15 is acceptable although with a sour taste in my mouth, not for the price which is fine, but when you buy lifetime license, you expect the other side to...
Wow, just now reading about this... My "perpetual" license says it's valid until 2038. But it looks like in reality only until 2026, unless I want to use the then old and obsolete MariaDB 10.6 (and it won't stop with mariadb, of course).
WP manager, don't need it, I use and pay for Softaculous...

Trying to add a forwarder for destination [email protected], but DA complains with "String contains an invalid email address:". Can we remove this limit, so users can enter these completely legitimate email addresses?
User notified me mails are not going out or in. I noticed via exim -Mvl they were all frozen with reason like:
1rA2JW-0xxxx8-23 frozen by ACL
I noticed user is receiving messages he's over quota:
User XXX has used up 0.0% of their bandwidth and 107% of their allocated disk space
So I logged...
Thanks, will try those lists, hope it doesn't overburden my ipset. I'll match IPs with those and see which matches most of them.
Botnet IPs don't repeat often, some even for days, so LFD tightening would block some legit users, too.
We're seeing hundreds of these (example below) each hour, looks like botnets guessing the passwords. They have many zombies, since IPs rarely repeat and lfd is not blocking them.
What I notice is most of the IPs are on SpamHaus XBL or SBL, but exim is only blocking them if they try to send an...
We're having issues with fts xapian, for example Mailbox is only 10MB big, but xapian-indexes folder gets to over 1GB size over time. Maybe it indexed all the emails ever received but never noticed the customer deletes the emails soon (pop3 etc.)?
Customers complain as they are over quota...
@skhristich yes, however our DA users expect to select one of their domains and any changes they make to be applied to only that domain.
At the moment they can change the PHP for all their domains, which is not always viable, edit the .htaccess files or to buy a reseller package and make one...
