0-7 days of the week in cron setup?

Hello guys, I'm trying to setup the backup crons for my servers but I ran into a problem.

When I try to set them up I see this:

Cron Schedule

Minute: 0-59
Hour: 0-23
Day of Month: 1-31
Month: 1-12
Day of Week: 0-7

What the heck?

0-7 days of the week? That makes up for 8 days!

So how should I use it? As 0-6 (the default cron setup) or 1-7?

0 and 1 being Sunday, respectively.

Sunday works as both 0 and 7.

But for all, you should use the * character.

Of course you can learn this yourself by running man 5 crontab
