I just started using directadmin with pcextreme.nl. I thought that I'd make one user (me) for my own domains.

Now support told me that I shoud make 1 user for each domain is the correct way to work. Otherwise I would encounter all sorts of technical problems.

Is this correct?

OK, thanx for your quick reply. I already have multiple domains for the first user without problems. But the helpdesk tells me that it is better to use 1 user for eacht domain.

Is this correct or...bs?

i dont think so...but I could be wrong.
So what is the purpose of setting # of domanis for user package?

If the poster is an end user of a hosting company he should probably follow their instructions, even if we don't agree with them. After all, if he runs into problems he's going to have to deal with his hosting company, not any of us.

What is wrong with an critical attitude? I like to be informed instead of following instructions like a moron.

Ok to clarify, your host's suggestion is not a DA limitation and DA should not cause any problems. But as Jeff said you should do what your host tells you because they may not have things set up correctly or of course find another host.
