Hi,

There are some buttons , phrases and words that cannot be translated .

For example in the email account , the button of "empty" cannot be translate , empty in spain is hard word for much people.

I would like to translate the 100% of the gui, now is 85% (more or less) and is not proffesional have a "span-english" control panel

I think that request is easy to implement and would be appreciate for all the non-english customers of DA

Thanks.

I also would like translate the error messages but that is secundary

Plz if you think that is a good request reply to the thread

The request already is quite old, the problem is that most of users of directadmin they are of English speech and apparently to the people of directadmin does not compensate the time used in this and they are dedicated to implement more and more options to the Control Panel instead of polishing the disadvantages that can cause to a few the difficulty to translate the panel.

However, is possible to translate totally the panel using client side Javascripts, the problem is the one of always, whenever there is one update is necessary to remake it everything again.

Regards,
Ramon

I consider that the missing language support is a major disadvantage. Suggested string replace or client side translations are not very elegant and working solution. JavaScript is not really an option!

I wonder why it wasn't designed initially because global usage is one of the big trends these days. It's very confusing to people that doesn't speek english and it's definitedly a usability issue when you have two different languages in one page.

Making a proper language support isn' t very big deal but I think that it would make very many people happy...

Please reply to this thread if you think that DA should have a proper language support!

I do need language support. I am thinking of switching to PLESK as it has language support.
