2 Domains, each differen't folders

I have two domains, each for differen't things.

I have one webhost that I have two folders that I want each domain to point to.

e.g.

Domain One -> Folder 1
Domain Two -> Folder 2

Is this possible? At the moment it's just pointing to:
Domain One -> Root
Domain Two -> Root

Are you using DirectAdmin? Because I'm not understanding how your domains could point to root.
