2 Domains on reseller hosting

First time with reseller/DA just for administration purpose no selling.
Got 2 domains
Site1.com
Site2.com

Set site1.com as default
Logged in DA.
Rightpane went to user level.
Domain administration
Added site1 and site2

Uploaded files with ftp to path:
domain>site2.com>public_html

So far so good.

Here's where all the troubles start for me at least...
When i go to http://site2.com/folder_i_uploaded,
it says :
The requested URL /public_html was not found on this server.


When i acces http://site2.com or ]http://site2.com/index.php it only states the name site2.com as a placeholder.

What am i missing her?
Did i uploaded the files to the incorrect folder?
Permission is still all default haven't chmod and only uploaded files.

It is very hard to help you when you provide fake information.

Is your site really called site2.com?
Is the folder you uploaded really called folder_i_uploaded?

The error you get does not match the url.
