Hi
im going to buy 2 machines, on one i will run www+mail+ftp and on second one mysql.

wouldnt be there any problems with da ?
Instead of 'localhost' for mysql we will use ie "sql.host.com"
anyone tried it before ? if so notice me.
 
I think it has been done before. If I recall correctly, they were able to make a modification in the mysql configuration to have localhost point to the other server to not confuse your users. That thread should still be floating around here somewhere.
