2 of 1 accounts currently exist

I am using Personal License
Showing 2 of 1 accounts currently exist.
But I have only 1 domain

I have checked "Show All Users"
Showing:
Admin
User

Maybe the admin count as a user. So if I remove admin then maybe also will delete the user.
So what can I do?

Personal license doesn’t allow for any other users than the “admin” user. To add your domains use the User Level of the admin user. Did you restore a backup?

I don't have any backup to restore.
I don't understand if I move to the user to admin and what will with the database name.
For example my user name is iithostx. If I change to admin then the database username also maybe needs to change.

I have converted the user to admin then removed the admin account.
Now I have checked "Show All Users" Showing: only 1 User but showing error message:

Error filling USERS table: Unable to read user list file: Unable to open ./data/users/username/users.list for reading. No such file or directory

Also When I click on "DNS Management" from the user level showing error message:

2 of 1 Admin/Reseller accounts currently exist

Hi can you let us know what you did as this is what I need to do to, as in delete the original admin user and make my second account the only account available.
