2 pro pack issues / questions

Hi. 2 questions related to pro-pack:

1. "Error during automated certificate renewal for vpsXX.xxxxxxx.nl"
Setting up certificate for a hostname: vpsXX.xxxxxxx.nl
vpsXX.xxxxxxx.nl was skipped due to unreachable http://vpsXX.xxxxxxx.nl/.well-known/acme-challenge/ file.
No domains pointing to this server to generate the certificate for.

We manage the hostname certs ourselves via the LEGO script. How do i cancel this 'automated certificate renewal' for the host name?


2. I read the "per-User resource control" requires CentOS 8:
User cgroups: cpu/memory/io per-User resource control

I believe it reaches its end-of-life at the end of this year. How would it continue then on a system running CentOS 8? What do you recommend if one wants to stick with CentOS?

move to AlmaLinux or RockyLinux

RockyLinux = Same development from Centos Linux

You can't stick with Centos its EOL like you said. Stream is not viable for Production.

You will need to chose a new Supported OS.
