24/7 support: yes or not

Hi,

Last night, the HDD of my server was crashed. iWeb re-installed a new OS which is not the same as the one on my DA's license.
I have sent 3 emails since then but there is no answer from directadmin support.
Is the support 24/7 or not?
In support page, they have written:
We typically respond to e-mail inquiries within 45 minutes during normal business hours.
and now it is 12:15 PM (http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_CA-AB.aspx) and their business time is Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM MST.

Is there anybody to tell me what should I do to upgrade my license?
Is there any other way than email to contact with them?

I'm writing this here because I do not know where should I go now. sorry if it is a bad place to mention.

I suggest that you use their Safe Submit contact form. Your mail to them may be getting blocked. If you still don't hear back from them check your logs; you may be blocking them.
