38 EUR mounthly for monitoring

Dear,

We are OZMOTEK Co from Belgrade, Serbia, Europe. Two year ago we opened
mail on Squirremail System, and our address is [email protected]

For a man who suggested us this, we pay 38 Euros per month for "monitoring". We asked him a lot of time - what's monitoring? Never got a clear answer.

I would like to ask you - is that truth or not? If not, what about to keep mentioned address and in same time to avoid payment. Once we didn't pay on time, after that we payed again 38 EUR plus 20 US $ for "reopening" our address.
