3rd level domain for email address

Hello,
Can I know how to setup a 3rd level domain for setup a new email domain...
(ie. [email protected])?

This 3rd level domain is hosted in a new server for certified email. The provider ask me to setup a MX record that point to his server for this subdomain...

You have to add the subdomain as a regular domain. There are plenty of references to this in this forum.
