Hi There,

Server Wide there seems to be an issue where when a customer creates a folder on there domain with files in it, instead of there being like an apache file tree insted they are just presented with "403 Forbidden"

I've checked out the apache error files for each and every customer and it seems anything similar to the below example is visible on each.

[Sun Jun 17 21:51:14 2012] [error] [client xx.xx.xxx.xx] Directory index forbidden by Options directive: /home/payneedie/domains/DOMAIN.com/public_html/test/

It's very strange yet extremely annoying.

What also appears to happen is when one is to refresh a page too many times the "Forbidden" error is also to display.

Please view http://gamedude.vfusion-gaming.com/videos/ for an example of the error.

Regards,
Jake

My Apache config is...

#
# This is the main Apache HTTP server configuration file. It contains the
# configuration directives that give the server its instructions.
# See <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2> for detailed information.
# In particular, see
# <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/directives.html>
# for a discussion of each configuration directive.
#
# Do NOT simply read the instructions in here without understanding
# what they do. They're here only as hints or reminders. If you are unsure
# consult the online docs. You have been warned.

Directory index forbidden by Options directive
This could mean a few things, but I had a look, you do not have an index file in your /videos/ directory.
So it can't be browsed without one. This is normal and should be this way for security reasons.

If you want that part to be an open directory, without any index file, make a .htaccess file in your /videos/ directory with this content:
Code:
Options +Indexes

When it still not works this way, you can best contact your hosting provider.
