I can send and receive mails for [email protected], i just only cant receive mails from one internet operator in my country.

They get error msg like

Remote MTA smtp.operator.com: SMTP diagnostic: 550 RCPT TO:<demo@demo.
com> User unknown

When i check my EXIM logs, i don't have any information's.

Where is the problem?

p.s operator and [email protected] are just demo information's which i don't want to use original one

If there is no information in exim logs, then I'd rather say connection is not properly established. Check your routing and firewall.

I must tell you this, before other comments i receive.

"I can receive emails from that operator to other domains hosted on same server as the one who have problems"

That`s why i don`t see any logic here :(

Any idea?

Without real information we can only guess, but my guess is there's a DNS problem somewhere.

Can you please tell me what kind of information`s do you need? Ill provide, its np

That was asked by Jeff, so wait for his answer.
I was referring to firewalling and routing. Did you check it?

no i didnt, but i think that is not a problem because, i say i can receive emails from that operator on my other hosted domains, i just got that problem with that one..

I think I might know what the problem is. I had a simular problem a while ago. It was caused by the fact that the aliases file has some extra names compared to some years ago.

@Batoo: If you have root access to your server, go to /etc/ and edit your aliases file.
Scoll to almost the end of the file.
You will find there names like
info
support
manager
and some others which are oke.

Remove info and support because both of these are often used email addresses by users like forums and websites and company's. Since your site and the aliases file both contain the info address, it could conflict in certain situations.

After that, restart exim and see if the problem is over.
If you use sendmail, you might have to use the newaliases command.

I hope this will fix some things for you too. If not, I'm also out of ideas.

Presuming that 94.155.47.59 is on your server, then user Richard G probably has the right idea.
