Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 550 to unblock ug-out-1314.google.com see http://www.mydomain.com

Anyone know how I can get rid of this error. I have put google.com and all of its domains in /etc/virtual/whitelist_domains

I dont know how I can get rid of this error without actually removing the domain I want scanned from /etc/virtual/use_rbl_domains

Please help me with this problem. It is making both me, my staff and my users very angry.

Where are you getting the error? It doesn't look as if it's coming from your DA server.

Its when someone is sending email to an email on my server from gmail for this example.

It is my da server because the http://domain.com part is what I setup in exim.conf

deny message = to unblock $sender_host_name see http://www.mydomain.com

My exim.conf was outdated and not searching the correct whitelist file.
