64bit centos is it really unstable?

i think only frontpage doesn't work well on 64bit system, the rest are the same, performance wise also no much difference.

i've a mysql server running on 64bit centos, so far so good.

64-bit CentOS is stable. DirectAdmin works on 64-bit CentOS but is listed as beta by the DA programming team.

The issue Front Page Extensions is that Front Page Extensions has been discontinued by Microsoft. Since the code is not open source, what we've got is all we've got. Microsoft isn't going to authorize the development of FrontPage Extensions for 64-bit operating systems.

So it'll most likely never be available.

Beginning in 2007 the hosting companies we own are going to advertise Front Page Extensions only as a legacy product, with no guarantees.

I'm using DA on my Sun 2100 Opteron 64 bits running on CentOS 4.3 (64bits) and everything is fine.
