-80 on the spam score and still comes through

Guys.

Got a problem with spamassasin - obvious spam is getting through.

Checked the headers and this is the spam bit:

-80 ?????

Any ideas whats gone on?

so a spam with +20 -100 is -80 so no spam !!!

80 would be spam.
