It would be nice if Directadmin included a fancier/better webmail then Squirrel Mail. Something that looks a little closer to Yahoo mail would be so nice. Anyone else want that? Any other webmail packages out there to add to Directadmin?

I use DWMail and have used the new Horde/IMP. I have to say the new Horde/Imp is the best and most complete from what I have used.

That being said, I would rather see courier imap and maildir support before DA implements a new webmail.

Has anyone installed Horde on DA without issue?

That is likely the reason when a user has 10+ meg in there mailbox Squirrel mail takes forever to open? It would be nice if that were resolved too.

We need to remain competitive which means a spiffy looking webmail client with lots of features. I prefer that our users stay with an email address that links them to there domain rather then a free Yahoo address. Makes them more likely to keep there webhosting package.

Yes this is definitely the reason why.

Well there are several companies that make a spiffy looking squirrelmail. nutsmail was one that we used. I just think horde is better at the moment and it looks fairly decent out of the box.

I still use Openwebmail to this day, and while I think it is a good product, I think it pales in comparrison to Horde3/Imp4. Also Openwebmail it a resource hog on a busy server. But I do have users who love it.

Are tehre any webmail software that looks similar to OUTLOOK EXPRESS?
