A complete Newbie looking for some start up help

Hi there

I'm so sorry to ask such a simple question, if there is somewhere where I could get a step by step walkthrough then please let me know so as to not waste anyone's time. I have an account setup, and I've logged in no problem, I have sent a test email to the account but can't see where it goes to, the only option I see is to download outlook express? How do I get to the inbox? I did download it to outlook express and I got a couple of emails but I can't seem to find anymore.

Would hugely appreciate any help.

You should contact your hosting provider. This forum is for web hosting companies that use the DirectAdmin control panel.
