A question

Probably a stupid question, but I'll ask it anyway.
I've uploaded a page to my site. Now I want to give other people a direct link to that page, so they can view it on their on computer... But when I copy the link in the address line and try to open it in another browser, it asks for my admin password.
The perm of this page is 644.

Obviously you give them the domain name associated with that account

The "correct" (or public) link would be http://mdalgashon.spd.co.il/Natuf/index.html, but it doesn't work because that hostname doesn't exist (it's a DNS problem).
