ability to config to run ./build set_fastest when running setup manually

I'm wondering if DA could add something like

echo 1 > /root/.set_fastest

Then it will find the fastest server before the installation with this command

/root/setup.sh 12345 678910 host.name.tld eth0 123.456.789.111
