In DA version 1.31 this option is included:

Ability to select all, delete and mark as read in mass for Admin/Reseller ticket system. See:

It would be great to have something similar for the message system too!

I believe you can select and delete all now. To select try clicking on the column header for the checkboxes.

Adding a Mark as option sounds like a good idea.
