Able to send out not able to receive email HELP PLEASE!

With new hosting accounts I create customers are not able to receive email neither from both webmails or pop3 outlook.

No mater how many email accounts I create the samething happens with all of them. I can send emails out to any email but I won't be able to receive any emails coming in.

With Squirrel mail and outlook pop3 I can send out but can't receive and with Uebimiau webmail the same can't receive but also I can send out it says: It was not possible to send this e-mail
SMTP Error: Invalid username/password


Email from my server domain is working just fine.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Not enough information.

Are you the server admin or the reseller?

What kind of error message are you getting?

Domain name?

Sample email address (which you can delete later after some of us try to help you)?

full email address for username

Hi I think your problem is that you are not using the full email address as the username

for example [email protected] and password test would login with:

Account name [email protected]
password test

NOT LIKE THIS

Account name user
password test

does this solve your problem?
