About auto creating DA user account

i would like to ask are there any method that someone fill in a php form and then this form can auto create a DA user level account?

I am sorry. You indicated you knew php. You can use php to send a GET or a POST to run the commands listed on that page. But if you are not a programmer then that page will not do you much good. If you are not a programmer then you will probably not be able to accomplish what you want.
