About PHP-FPM Subdomain doesnt work

Hello,

I am upgraded my custombuild to 2.0 and setup php-fpm with php 5.5

but my subdomains don't work

error is below, please help me how to fix this issue

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

with https:// SSL php working normally but http:// without SSL receiving same error

How to fix this issue ???
