Hello, this is the queation:

my website abc.com is hosting on mddhosting, i don't like their email account, so i order a private email hosting, and the email [email protected].

I need change abc.com's NS to private email hosting's NS to use email, send and receive any mails, but now my website's NS is point to MDDhosting to let webiste work, you know, one domain's NS cannot point to 2 different Nameserver, how to proceed?

Sounds like you are a hosting customer and not an admin.
This forum is only for support to Directadmin license holders, so admins, not hosting customers. You should contact your host in this case.

Just to help you a bit, to use your own mail on your domain, you don't need to change NS records, just change your MX records in DNS.
Probably you can't edit your DNS records either which is one of the reasons you should contact your host or choose another hosting package which does allow you to send/receive mail on/for your own domain.

For external mail server, you need to adjust glue records MX, SPF and DKIM.

MX record for incoming email.
SPF and DKIM for outgoing email.

this can done at your domain registrar or NS Server DNS Manager.

if you have trouble with manage glue records, just use CDN like cloudflare or something else.
