Access to my users' DBs through Phpmyadmin without need to know the credentials?

As title, how can I do that?

I think with another provider I'm able to do this, but on this VPS the phpmyadmin link is just generic and always ask for credentials, it doesn't include a token that can automatically log me in. I'm not sure if it's the skin or a misconfiguration.
