accessing exim without DirectAdmin?

Hello,

My fresh DA is been offline for a month now for the second time (licence problem - blank page after login).
But I have to make some changes to an e-mail of a client. Can I access Exim and make those changes?

If you mean access the exim configuration then yes, assuming you have ssh access. Exim is configured via the /etc/exim.conf file on RedHat systems and I am not 100% sure but I think it might be /usr/local/etc/exim.conf on FreeBSD systems. Either way it will be named exim.conf.
