Hi everybody,
We recently moved to a dedicated server and decided to install DirectAdmin over other control panels (thanks for the good job).
I created my reseller account and then created an account for a client who requires a dedicated IP address because they have their own SSL certificates. Fortunately we had a spare IP to assign. Before moving the domain they want to work on the temporary account and then point the actual domain.
The problem is that I don't seem to be able to access the temporary account using the dedicated IP address. We've been accessing the other accounts using something like
119.55.55.1/~anyclient
so I assigned the IP address 119.55.55.2 to the client "test" (OK just the example) and I tried to connect using
119.55.55.2/~test
And then I got a 404, if I try only the IP address (I guess I don't need the virtualserver... right?) then I just got the "Apache is working normally".
What's the way to access my new account with a dedicated IP address which doesn't have a domain yet?
Thanks
