Accessing user's directory via sftp/ssh

I need to access mu users' directory to updat eheir website. My IP is static but my clients are using shared IP under me (reseller)

Some thoughs, can the admin access to the bottom (reseller and users)?

Go here and download WinSCP:
http://winscp.net/eng/index.php

Use WinSCP to connect to your server. Look in the /home folder. There you will find all the user folders.
