lI suppose I should have moved the thread into User-Level Difficulties when I first replied.
However, rtaylor, you're right in that there's a good list in there of what's needed, even for end users, though they'll have to do the re-creation by other means, through FTP, or through a shell account, if they have one.

This is a script which you've made yourself. Double check your work to make sure you created the script properly and properly set the owner and permissions.
Unless you have admin rights to the entire server you cannot put the script into /home and you need to discuss this with your hosting provider, as I mentioned in my post above.
So if you do it yourself you may need to change the script based on from where you run it.
