Account disabled and unable to get feedback from Support

Hi there.
I've been unable to log into my control panel for weeks now and I've tried reaching out to Customer Support.
I'd appreciate any help or guidance I can get here.
When login is attempted, the prompt says "account is disabled".
I am not sure why my account has been disabled. I'd love to know if it was a payment issue or perhaps a bug or errors.
I can't access my admin email either because I'm locked out of everything.


My domain is on GoDaddy.
My website hosting is DirectAdmin.
I'd appreciate if a Support person could kindly provide some guidance here. I'm not sure why this has happened and I just want to get it all resolved.

I'm sorry, you hosting is not Directadmin, your control panel is. So if you are a hosting customer, you should contact your hosting provider.

If you are the admin, so the license holder, contact the VPS/Server provider which you got the license from because you're using an internal license and if all is well, they sold it together with the vps/server to you. If not, that might be the cause it's disabled.

And if you're an admin I can't imagine support not replying to you as they always do. However, if you used the ticket system, ticket could be closed automatically due to timeout, you can re-open it again.

So it is my control panel that is hosted by DirectAdmin. I am still not able to access the control panel.
I have emailed the contact emails, but I have not heard back.

No it is not hosted by Directadmin. The control panel is called Directadmin, it's the control panel's name.
Do you own the server and the Directadmin license? Or did you rent a server with Frantech? Where did you get the DA license and where did you rent the server/vps?

As for the mails, maybe check your spamfolder.

I did check my spam folder, but still nothing. I keep emailing but there is no response.
Is there any other way I can regain access to my controlpanel?

Yes, I own the domain. I am unsure if I own the Directadmin license (I think we do) as a colleague who is no longer accessible was helping with this previously.
I am unsure if this person did something to disable the account. Given that I own the domain and can prove that ownership, won't this be enough to regain access to DirectAdmin control panel?

This is the part that is most confusing.

Did someone log in and disable the account or did DirectAdmin disable the account?
And for what reason? Can anyone please give some guidance here?

The domain is not interesting for Directadmin, it's the license.
Again the question, where did you rent the server/vps? Because you should contact them, not Directadmin.
