Accounts disapearing

Did this happen to someone, that some email accounts disapear.

Im sure i added them, and users was using accounts for few weeks, today suddenly 3 users called me to check why they cant connect, when i looked in DA emails their accounts doesnt exist, so i created again and worked.

Im only one who can manage accounts and have admin pass, and im sure i didnt deleted them.
 
Anyone with the DirectAdmin username and password for the user-level account can make changes through the DirectAdmin control panel.

Are you allowing http (insecure) access to DirectAdmin? If so, anyone on the network can see the password if they look.

All access to DirectAdmin should always be done securely for best practices.
