Accounts missing

Hello

When I do 'List All Users' in Admin Level, I see 20 accounts in reseller 'Admin'.

But when I am at Reseller Level and I want to backup my accounts, those 20 accounts are not shown.. so I can't backup them.

Who can help me please?

You should probably be backing up from the admin level anyway.

The accounts are probably missing from your users.list

I want to backup some of those accounts and restore on a other server.. what can I do then please?

Backup from the admin level or put those users in your users.list file.
