Accounts not created

Hello:

One of our clients is unable to create new email addresses under his domain. In directadmin everything appears to go OK but it doesn't let the user login afterwards neither does the email account exist when you send an email to it.

I've done some investigation and have seen that the users are not created in /var/spool/virtual/hisdomain.com

Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you're a server administrator running a DirectAdmin-based solution you should probably contact DA support for help; all any of us would be doing would be guessing.

If you're a reseller you should contact your hosting company as they'd have to manage the solution with DA support.
